Every year Mount Sunapee hosts a ton of events that are fun for the entire family. Dates are subject to change so please call to confirm dates!

Ski Swap

November 18th-19th - Mt. Sunapee Area Ski Club Annual Ski Swap

Drop off items Friday evening between 12:00pm and 7:00pm. Ski swap is Saturday 9:00am -12:00pm in the Sunapee Lodge. Largest ski swap in the area!

December 2016

Holidays

December 10th - Mt. Sunapee Area Ski Club Holiday Gathering

Public is welcome! Co-hosted by the Mt. Sunapee Area Ski Club and Mount Sunapee Alpine Program. This is a benefit for Toys for Teens and Tots. Pot Luck Supper and Silent Auction to benefit the Chip Gilroy Fund at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center. Sunapee Lodge at 6:00pm.

December 10th-11th - Bob Skinner's Ski and Sport Demo Days

Test this winter's skis from Rossignol, Head, Volkl, Dynastar, Blizzard, and Fischer. On the beach at Mount Sunapee!

Cares & Shares

December 11th - Mount Sunapee "Cares & Shares"

Ski or ride the entire day for only $35 with a contribution of five non-perishable food items. Benefits local families and food shelters!

Maple Sugar

December 27th - Maple Sugar Celebration

Sample delicious maple cotton candy and other maple products on sale at the Sunapee Lodge. Provided by Ben's Sugar Shack in Newbury, NH.

Ugly Sweater

December 29th - Ugly Sweater Day

Find your ugliest sweater for our first Ugliest Sweater Day at Sunapee and take part in a parade from the Sunapee Express to the North Peak Triple. We'll have prizes for the ugliest sweater and most spirit!

Rail Jam

December 31st - Jingle Jam Rail Jam

A rail jam in the SCOTT USA Terrain Park. Cash prizes provided by Golf and Ski Warehouse. Registration at 10:00am and competition at 11:00am. $25 to enter.

New Years

December 31st - New Year's Eve Celebration in Goosefeathers Pub

Ring in the New Year "Sunapee style" at Goosefeathers Pub. We'll be serving food until 8:00pm. Come enjoy drinks, friends, and DJ Rick Davis with fireworks at 9:00pm on Eggbeater. Cheers!

This is the final race for the TGIF Racing League. Open to the public! Team format and includes a post-race party and video in Goosefeathers Pub.

T-Shirt Race

March 25th - 28th Annual Chip Gilroy T-Shirt Race

One of the biggest alpine races of the year in New Hampshire. Fundraiser for the Chip Gilroy Fund, which supports research, prevention, treatment, and cure of childhood cancer at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.

Mueller Cup

An open mogul competition on Upper Flying Goose Trail. 1:00pm start.

Slush Cup

April 1st - 19th Annual Slush Cup

It's wet and wild! Join in the fun as participants try to ski and snowboard across a 90-foot man-made pond. Tons of prizes and entertainment!

Springfest

April 1st - Springfest Concert

Stay tuned for concert performers. Previous performers include O.A.R., Barenaked Ladies, Guster, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, John Popper from Blues Traveler, KT Tunstall, Matisyahu, Marc Roberge, Chadwick Stokes, and the Pete Kilpatrick Band.

Adventure Park

May 27th - Mount Sunapee Adventure Park Opens

The Mount Sunapee Adventure Park at South Peak features a 2 and 3/4 hour Canopy Zipline Tour, Downhill Mountain Biking in the Evolution Bike Park, an Aerial Challenge Course, a Championship Disc Golf Course, Mini Golf, Airbag Jump & Climbing Wall Tower, Beck Brook Mining Flume, and Interpretive Hiking Trails. Fun, excitement, and challenge for the whole family!
