Where is the Group Sales Office?
The group sales office is located in the Spruce Lodge, directly across from the Duckling Double Chair lift and just steps away from bus parking.
If not everyone in the group rents skis or boards does the group still qualify for discounted rentals?
Absolutely! As long as you qualify for group rates, you also qualify for discounted rentals, whether 20 skiers and riders rent or just one!
Where does the bus park?
Motor coaches get preferred parking! They park right behind Spruce Lodge steps from the Group Sales Office, Rental Shop and slopes.
Is there a way to reserve a place in the lodge for our group?
Yes! Groups of 35 or less can have their own private room for the day in the Spruce Lodge. Located just steps from the slopes, the Hearthstone Room offers a huge fieldstone fireplace, hostess, bag storage, changing room and food and beverage options including breakfast, lunch après-ski snacks and a cash bar.
How far in advance does my group need to book a group reservation?
For all group lift tickets and lessons, ordering 24 hours in advance is required. Same-day walk-ins groups are not accepted.
Where can I find information on lessons for children 12 and under?
Lessons for children 12 and under must be made directly with the Learning Center. You can contact them at lcreservations@mtsunapee.com or 603.763.3500
What is the difference between the Get-Into Package and the Lift, Lesson and Rental Package?
The Get-Into Package includes a two-hour group workshop, rentals and a South Peak lift ticket. The Lift, Lesson and Rental Package includes a one-hour group workshop, rentals and a All-Mountain lift ticket.
